I am the Digimon Kaizer and using the power of the Dark Rings I enslave the Digimon in the Digital World in order to do my bidding. Along with my Dark D3 Digi vice I can also keep the Digimon from Digivolving. Ha ha ha ha ha! My prime objective, besides to take over the Digital World, is to destroy those weeds in my garden the Digi Destined who plan on freeing all the Digimon along with the Digital World.
